·• All King Rooms are single or double occupancy only
·• Double Rooms have two full-size beds that are better suited for one person per bed
·• Rates are for single or double occupancy - extra charge for additional persons - and subject to a 7% state sales tax and 5% county tourism tax.
·• Rates are subject to availability and price changes and exclude holidays or special events.
For a more peaceful environment, WaterBird Lakeside Inn is for adults; guests must be 21 years of age or older. Any underage guests found will be asked to leave immediately.
For a more healthy environment, we are a 100% smoke free property - including rooms, room decks, and hallways. Guests found to have smoked in their rooms will be charged a $250 clean up fee.
Please, no pets!

We require a deposit in the amount of your first night stay at the time of reservation, plus tax, paid with credit card. The remainder of your balance will be settled once you arrive for your stay.
Cancellations require a 7-day notice to receive a refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or a no-show will forfeit your deposit.
Check in anytime after 3pm, and check out anytime before 11am. Special arrival or departure times may be accommodated with adequate notice.
