·• Rates are for single or double occupancy - extra charge for additional persons - and subject to a 6% state sales tax and 5% county tourism tax.

At the time of reservation we require a deposit in the amount of your first night stay, plus tax, paid with credit card. The remainder of your balance will be settled once you arrive for your stay.
Cancellations require a 7-day notice to receive a refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or a no-show will forfeit your deposit.
Check in anytime after 3pm, and check out anytime before 11am. Special arrival or departure times may be accommodated with adequate notice.
